Mr. G N Sreekantaiah is a visionary educator and a retired Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer. As the Founder-Chairman of Naavi Early Years, he is dedicated to nurturing holistic learning and environmental consciousness. With over three decades of distinguished service in the Indian Forest Service, Mr. Sreekantaiah has held several key positions in state and central government across departments. where he was instrumental in shaping key policies. His career has been marked by a deep commitment to integrity, public welfare, and nation-building.
He brings a wealth of administrative experience and ecological wisdom to the field of education. His transition from civil service to education stems from his belief that true societal transformation begins in the classroom. He envisions the school as a center for academic excellence that also instills values of compassion, civic responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
Under his leadership, Naavi Early Years is built on the principles of innovation, inclusivity, and experiential learning, with special emphasis on nature-based education and character formation. Suhas Prasad is a dynamic technology leader and education reformer whose journey spans high-impact roles in the global tech industry and visionary leadership in academia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management from the University of Delaware, USA. In the United States, Suhas sharpened his skills at the forefront of innovation—first with IBM Watson, where he contributed to AI-driven solutions, and later at Ford Motor Company, delivering data-centric strategies in the Global Data Insights & Analytics team.
Following a successful industry career, Suhas returned to India to channel his expertise into transforming education. As the Managing Director of the CKS-NDRK Group of Institutions, Hassan, he has introduced STEM labs, performance analytics, and strategic industry collaborations to redefine learning outcomes. Now, as the Founder-Vice Chairman of Naavi Early Years, he is pioneering a new vision for early childhood education—one rooted in inquiry, creativity, and foundational skills for the future. Suhas’s mission is to nurture curiosity and critical from the earliest years, ensuring every child begins their learning journey with confidence and joy. His work continues to inspire a generation of learners and educators alike.
